Beef salad with Kietaviškių cherry tomatoes

Beef salad

You will need: 400 grams of boiled potatoes, 150 grams of tomatoes, 2 onion heads, 400g of beef, 5 spoons of oil, half a glass of white wine, black pepper, parsley, salt and vinegar.

Instructions: slice the beef into thin strips, and the potatoes, onions and tomatoes into slices. Blend a mixture of wine, vinegar, oil, broth and spices and pour it over the vegetables and let that stay put for precisely one hour. Finally, add the vegetables and beef to a salad bowl and pour over any remaining marinade (that you‘ve blended previously!) over the salad. Sprinkle over with chopped parsley.
