Fortunately, while waiting for the Lithuanian tomato harvest, we can enjoy fresh vegetables – lettuce and cucumbers – all year round. Ingredients for two servings:

  • 80 g of smoked or salted salmon
  • 1 pack of “Kietaviškių” lettuce mix
  • Avocado
  • Blue onion
  • Several capers
  • Blanched pods of peas
  • Kinkan or other citrus fruit
  • A bit of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Put the hand-tramped lettuce into the bowls first, so they could keep nutrients. Then put other ingredients. There are no strict rules for their quantity – modify according to your taste.
