Ingredients for two servings:
- 80 g of smoked or salted salmon
- 1 pack of “Kietaviškių” lettuce mix
- Avocado
- Blue onion
- Several capers
- Blanched pods of peas
- Kinkan or other citrus fruit
- A bit of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put the hand-tramped lettuce into the bowls first, so they could keep nutrients. Then put other ingredients. There are no strict rules for their quantity – modify according to your taste.
