Ingredients for two servings:
- Dried duck breast or pork ham
- Fresh and crispy “Kietaviškių” lettuce
- 4 radishes
- Handfull of raspberries
- Handfull of blackberries
- Handfull of blueberries
- Blanched bean sprouts
- Chicory seedlings (according to the taste)
- Dash of sezame oil
- Salt and pepper.
The base of this dish – fresh and crispy lettuce and dried duck breast or pork ham. You are free to vary other ingredients according to your taste. Enjoy!
