Ingredients:
- Your favourite bread;
- 1 package of cream cheese;
- 1 black tomato;
- 1 short cucumber;
- 2 radishes;
- Several parsley leaves;
- Olive oil;
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation:
- Finely chop vegetables and parsley leaves;
- Mix it with cream cheese, olive oil and spices;
- Put it on a rye bread, toast or Italian bread and your sandwiches will be ready!
